Your work is yours.
Always.

How The Producers Suite handles your scripts, footage, contracts, casting decisions, and every other piece of creative work you trust us with.

Effective May 19, 2026 · Applies to all services
©

You own your content

Scripts, posters, footage references, contracts, talent profiles, audio renders, casting notes — every piece of creative work you upload or generate stays your intellectual property. We make no claim of ownership.

We don't train on your work

Your scripts, projects, and uploaded files are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or anyone else's. AI features process your content for you, in your session, and stop there.

We don't sell your data

Not to advertisers, not to studios, not to data brokers, not to AI companies. Your data exists to run the services you've signed up for. That's the whole list.

01 Quick overview

The Producers Suite is a creative-work platform. We treat the files, scripts, contracts, and casting decisions you trust us with the way a vault holds master tapes — locked, accounted for, and visible only to the people you give a key.

We collect the personal information you give us (account details, billing data) and the technical information generated when you use the services (logins, file uploads, session metadata). We use that information to run the services, to communicate with you, and to comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data. You can access, export, or delete most of what we hold. We don't use your creative work to train AI.

03 Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account & profile. Name, username, email, password (hashed), phone number, billing address, profile photo, display name, role within an organization.
  • Creative content. Scripts, scene outlines, beat sheets, character bios, notes, comments, attachments, generated poster images, generated audio files, breakdowns, budgets, shot lists, call sheets, casting decisions, talent profiles, contracts, deal memos, profit-share schedules, and any other files you upload or create using the Services.
  • Payment information. Card details and billing information you submit during checkout. Payment cards are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Support & correspondence. Anything you send us when contacting support, including attachments and message threads.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage information. Features you open, scripts you save, AI requests you initiate, files you upload, search queries within the Services.
  • Device & connection. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, time zone, and basic network metadata.
  • Cookies & similar technologies. Session cookies to keep you signed in, preference cookies to remember settings, and minimal analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

04 Your content & intellectual property

Filmmaking, screenwriting, and production rely on unreleased work product whose value depends on staying confidential. We've built our terms around that reality.

The core promise

You retain all intellectual property rights in the scripts, footage references, posters, contracts, casting decisions, audio renders, and any other creative work you create, upload, or generate using the Services. Notis Studios LLC claims no ownership over your content.

  • No claim of ownership. Uploading or generating content through The Producers Suite does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other IP rights to us. Your work remains your work.
  • License limited to operating the Services. You grant us only the narrow technical license needed to host, transmit, render, back up, and display your content back to you and to people you have explicitly invited to collaborate. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
  • No external sharing. We do not display your scripts, posters, audio, contracts, or other creative work outside your account or your invited collaborators. We do not feature your work in marketing without explicit, written permission.
  • Confidentiality of collaborators. When you invite collaborators (writers' rooms, producers, casting directors, crew, investors), the access you grant them is logged and revocable. They see only what you share, and only for as long as you grant access.

05 AI & machine learning

Several of our services use AI — script breakdown assistance, poster generation, narrative voice synthesis, contract suggestions. Here's exactly how that works.

We do not train on your content

Your scripts, projects, files, posters, contracts, casting notes, audio renders, and any other content you create or upload are never used to train, fine-tune, retrain, evaluate, or improve any AI or machine-learning model — neither ours nor any third party's. This applies to all current and future versions of the Services.

  • Inference only. When you use an AI feature, your content is sent to the model only to generate the response you asked for, then discarded from the inference pipeline. It is not retained by the model provider for training.
  • Provider contracts. Where we route AI requests through third-party model providers (for example, large-language-model or image-generation APIs), we do so under contracts that prohibit those providers from training on or retaining your content beyond the operational window needed to return a response.
  • No covert profile building. We do not assemble shadow profiles of your writing style, voice, or creative output for resale, model training, or recommendation engines.
  • AI outputs. Outputs generated for you by AI features (e.g., a script breakdown, a generated poster) are yours to use, edit, distribute, or discard. We claim no ownership over generated outputs delivered to you.
  • Transparency. If we ever change this stance — for example, by offering an opt-in program where users can voluntarily contribute material to improve a feature — we will say so loudly, with an explicit opt-in toggle. It will never be the default.

06 How we use information

  • Run the Services. Authenticate logins, save your work, deliver collaborative features, process AI requests, generate posters and audio renders, run breakdowns, store contracts, process payments.
  • Communicate with you. Send transactional emails (receipts, security alerts, password resets), service updates, and — only if you opt in — product news.
  • Customer support. Reproduce and resolve issues you report, answer your questions, and improve our help materials.
  • Improve our software. Aggregate, de-identified usage signals (e.g., which features are heavily used, where errors occur) help us prioritize engineering work. This analysis never inspects your creative content.
  • Safety and compliance. Detect and prevent abuse, investigate suspected fraud or terms violations, and comply with subpoenas and legal obligations.

07 How we share information

  • With your collaborators. When you invite someone to a project — co-writer, producer, casting director, accountant, crew member — they see exactly what you share with them and nothing more.
  • With service providers. We use trusted vendors for hosting, payment processing, transactional email, error monitoring, customer support, and AI inference. They are contractually bound to use your data only to perform services for us.
  • Compliance & safety. We may disclose information to comply with valid legal process, respond to lawful government requests, or protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, or Notis Studios LLC.
  • Business transfers. If The Producers Suite is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. Any acquirer must honor the commitments in this policy.
We do not sell your personal information

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to studios, not to AI companies, not to anyone. The Services are funded by subscription fees and credit purchases — your data is not the product.

08 Storage, security & retention

Your data is hosted on reputable infrastructure providers, primarily in the United States. We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access controls, audit logs — designed to protect your information. No system can guarantee absolute security; if you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

How long we keep things

  • Active content. We keep your scripts, projects, contracts, and other creative work for as long as your account is active.
  • After deletion. When you delete a project or close your account, the content is removed from active systems immediately and purged from routine backups within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it longer (e.g., tax records, fraud investigations).
  • Account closure. You can close your account at any time from your profile settings or by emailing us. We will confirm before any irreversible deletion.
  • Billing records. Invoices and payment records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law (typically seven years in the United States).
  • Aggregate analytics. De-identified, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely; they cannot be tied back to you.

09 Your rights & choices

  • Access & update. View and edit most of your profile information directly in your account settings.
  • Export. Download your scripts, projects, and account data in a portable format on request.
  • Delete. Delete individual projects or close your account entirely. We will confirm before destroying content.
  • Restrict or object. Ask us to limit how we process certain information, where applicable law gives you that right.
  • Opt out of marketing. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (security, billing, account notices) cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
  • Lodge a complaint. If you believe we have mishandled your information, you may complain to a data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

To exercise any of these rights, email us using the contact details below with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

10 Children's privacy

The Services are not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we discover that we have collected information from a child without verified parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will investigate.

Where the Services are made available to students through a school or educational program, parental or institutional consent is obtained through the institution.

11 Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time as the Services evolve and as the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email or in-app message before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

We will never quietly broaden our use of your creative content. Any change that would expand how we handle your scripts, projects, or other content — including any AI-training arrangement — will require an explicit, opt-in action from you.
